The confirmation number at the top of the DS-260 printout--there are two barcodes: Case Number and Confirmation Number.

(This is supposing you made a "Print Application Copy" of your DS-260 when you were done...I don't know where else it shows up, but it probably does. This is just where I found mine)

Yes I found it it's a AAxxxx. Now it says Current Status: Attend Appointment. It looks like it's a confirmation to attend appointment and loomis delivery package.

Now all you have to do is get your medical, read all the things a few more times , make sure you have all your paperwork, and go! :star:

ETA: a note to read everything again. I can't wait to see what I missed so far!

I have to admit this supervisor review business has me scratching my head. It seems the standard script reading at NVC is "Supervisor Review" or "We don;t have this and that document you must send it again". Like is there a troll in their office eating peoples documents. people delayed for months sending the same dang document 2 ,3 ,4 times. I'm not even at NVC and I am frustrated to all heck. I am sorry for you all. There is no excuse.

I don;t want to be president Just head of immigration well at least over USCIS and NVC and all embassies. Boy there would e some consistency I am telling you.

Sorry venting for my peeps here.

Yeah. To my mind, for most of the cases a supervisor review really is just an all purpose excuse for its incompetence that NVC likes to pass on to us. I was so hoping for a December interview. Argh!

1NOA: 27th Feb. 2015

USCIS approval: 17th July 2015

Scan Date NVC: 28th Sept. 2015

CC NVC: 23rd Oct. 2015

Some sort of additional processing/ sup. review/ they-don't-know-what-it-is-and-there-is-no-timeline: 12th Nov. 2015

Interview scheduled on 28th Dec. 2015

Interview Date: 1st Feb. 2016

I think after I input all the info into the usvisa-info, their website showed the correct interview date and time. I guess this website has access to verify case number and confirmation number

been working in Dubai for the last 12 years. Hubby and I decided to process everything here, with the embassy being less busy!!

That works. Makes it a little easier on you. Congrats!

Where and How do you confirm the interview date and print out the interview letter confirmation ?

If you have received the P4 Interview letter email, it should be clearly stated in there. That is the confirmation that you can print.

You know they have job openings for that right? You would be great at it.

Hello every 1 :D, if we request for our case to be expedited for an interview, will it cause a delay?

Nope. No delay. My expedite request was approved, and it actually speeded up the interview process.

if you get denied, there is no delay...it is just back to regular processing.

Congrats for those who have gotten the P4 letter and interview date!

From my understanding, the email system is a day late, they do not actually send things on Saturdays or Sundays.

So when filling out your timeline, my suggestion would be to include the last business date as the date you received it (so for a majority of Pakistan that would be Friday)

photos question

Are the 4 photos for MedicL exam the same as the 2 photos required for the consulate interview?

I know they have to be 2in X 2in. What do you tell the photo studio

Are the US passport photos or Green Card photos ?

The place is asking me if it's for Green Card immigration. Or US passport photos. ?

2 in x 2 in with white background, Green Card.

You need 6 all together, 4 for medical and then take 2 to your interview.

They all have to be the same thing, the same size. 2x2 on white background....passport sized photos.

Phptos for a US visa, a green card and a US passport are all the same. Your photo provider is mistaken if they think the requirements are different.

Just say US Passport to be safe.
