Did he go to jail? I'd wager he was arrested for the assault.

It's funny to me that whenever a black person gets beaten up or killed by the cops or the like, there begins this fever like search to justify the abuse.

I think it's a ####### for tat on this Marv. It's been a pattern of the media to prematurely paint black people who have run ins with the law as victims without knowing the details. Not saying that either is right, but it's what I think happens.

But the abuse suffered by black people by the law isn't something new. Not everyone is innocent, but police brutality within the black community is so commonplace I can name at least 10 people off the top of my head that have gone through it without being lawbreakers(myself included). So much so that if you look at twitter or ask random black people about it, you see tons of stories about it. We're used to it at this point.

You can effectively police without the excessive force being involved. But when we start looking for examples like this to validate the officer's decision, it helps no one.

You've got the op right, Marvin and I kind of drifted off to generalizations.

That was my ironic point. Only the other side has an agenda. That covers what ever side you are not on.

A couple of posters here that post nothing but agenda driven posts, honestly think they have no agenda. Lmao

Ps you will not dare encroach on my middle of the road schtic. However other than your commie gun views and since spook left, you may be a distant second.
