Getting NVC Package Ready

Hi VJ Friends,

I honestly want to throw myself on the floor and like pull my hair off. Reading to some post here regarding getting the NVC Package ready has really thrown me off because it seems I am doing everything WRONG

Anywho, I will go over my package with you guys and please HELP Me in whatever I need help!

1. FORM I-864 COMPLETED AND SIGNED

2. Letter of Country of DOMICILE

this is my major concern. I've been in and out of the US BUT more out than in. I know I need to proof my country of domicile. I attached my credit card statements, bank account statements, driver's license and my active cell phone service bill. Should I include a letter of future employment and where we will reside?

I really dont want to get a RFE. Please give me as much information, advice regarding this.

3. IRS Transcripts

4. PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP

I recently read that this is only used when you use FORM I-864A with a household member. Is this true?!!! ARE YOU KIDDING?!!!!!!!!!!! I spent so much time putting together evidence of my relationship with hubby. This is the part that makes me want to cry PLEASE CLARIFY THIS TO ME!!

5. Proof of US Status

Do I have to submit this?

6. Social Security Earning Statement

I have a copy of this. Do I need to submit this?

7. For my husbands civil documents (birth cert, marriage cert, etc..) Do i submit ORIGINAL OR COPIES?

You guys have been wonderful to me with all the help you guys have provided.

2. I think this is just a statement from you stating your plans to live in the US and showing what steps you've taken towards that (as well as the evidence you mentioned)

3. yes

4. Did you have a co-sponsor? If not then it doesn't apply. This would be if you lived with your sister and she was your co-sponsor you'd need her birth certificate, for example.

5. your US birth certificate or US passport

6. I think not necessary (proves domicile?)

7. ALL documents submitted are photocopies

Hope someone else chimes in, too, but I think that's right

No, that is only applicable to joint sponsors. The petitioner's eligibility has already been established.
