Dear Members,

Please, Please i need your help. We received in February 26, 2015 the Welcome Letter from NVC and my priority date is August 08, 2014. My husband and me, we choosed an agent, we paid the fees,we submitted all the requierd documents but so far we have not received any message from NVC if something is missing or incorrect. And i am waiting here several months in Germany and I dont know when will be my visa interview. So could you tell me how I can find out something about my "status". And how long the process will take?? The NVC is not responding my Emails;(((

Also, please try to check online. Perhaps they have or they have not processed your DS 261. Maybe they have your email incorrect, if you provided one. Also, check online to see if you have any payments outstanding.

WOW you haven't called all this time? You might have a checklist and they are waiting. Don;t email takes 30 to 60 days to get a response. You need to get on phone and talk to someone. You are current so you should have had a interview if you had case complete. I suspect a checklist.

Have you checked your spam and junk email? When did you call NVC and give them your emails?

Wow, you're in our league. We reached NVC about a week after you and we're also still stuck there. Although we've been calling and emailing like crazy and currently have our Senator involved in our case. You need to chase them. Have you had any email correspondence from NVC at all? It could be that the email from your choice of agent is wrong and that they've actually sent you a checklist/email but it bounced back. That's what happened to us. When we didn't hear anything 32 days after submitting our documents, we called them and turned out they managed to get both our emails wrong.

If you email NVC, they take about three months (90 days) to respond and their response is based on the email you sent three months earlier. They don't look at where your case is currently at when replying, so it's kind of a waste to email them.

Have you submitted your DS-260 yet? When was the scan date for the documents you sent to NVC? When was the last time you submitted something to NVC? Your review clock will start at that time.
