Hello all,

Our application was approved on September 16 and received the hardcopy of our NOA2 a week later, September 22. We have not heard anything from NVC and we never got a notice from USCIS that our application has been forwarded to NVC. My fiancé called NVC once and advised us to wait. I know it has only been two weeks since we got the hardcopy. My question is, can we do anything aside from waiting for them to mail it to my fiancé? Should we keep calling them for our case number? How long does this usually take?.

Thank you everyone :)

Do not wait on them to send a copy to your fiance because more than likely she/he will never get it. If you have the NOA2 with the case number starting with MNL then go ahead and use that, if not then I would call them in order to get that. That is what I did, I called and they gave it to me over the phone.

Do Not wait. Start smiling/dialing.

Call the NVC to get your numbers.

I literally just got mine in the mail yesterday when I have had the numbers for weeks via phone. My fiance still has never physically received anything yet.

The OP is a K-1 visa, that link is of no value to them. The process is totally different
