DENIED

We had submitted lots of communication evidence from meeting to current and the CO asked me : Why do you have all this evidence ? Did you just

wake up one day and decided to collect it ? My answer : My lawyer advised me to do so. CO : Ah ok.

Throughout 16 months of AP she went from 'why do you have all this evidence' to 'convince me I need more but can't tell you what' to

'I am not going through all that' after we submitted 12# of more evidence.

Her reason for denial after AP was in her own words a 'gut feeling' she had.

We had a very long and crazy 5 year visa journey but are here together and married and very happy. I wish you the same good ending !

I'm very happy your both together now, but at the same time my heart breaks knowing you were separated for so long on a gut feeling.

What a pathetic word to use to excuse their racist attitudes, they couldn't find a better reason and this is pure discrimination on their part. Gut feeling, laughable if it wasn't so painful for so many.

Shame on CO's that use this pathetic excuse, I hope God punishes you a hundred fold and you know why your being punished.

Yes I agree but honestly how many of us know for fact that it will develop into the true love we have now? Does everyone automatically save everything from your first chat or meeting in person depending how how we met? I think it's a lot to ask to have evidence from day one and I would think they would be suspicious of that to be honest. I don't know I should just stop trying to make sense of what they want and how they think. We just want to live together and enjoy our life. Hugs to every one, God willing soon we will be with our loved ones and those that are with them now, God bless you to. :)(L) (L)

We're both each others first real love and I guess we just save everything because it was just something we both really wanted to keep and remember no matter what happened in the future. Plus my now husband started talking about how I could stay in the US after we'd been together for 3 months (we got married after 3 years). So I guess for us keeping some stuff (pictures, emails etc) from the early days just came natural to us.

Oh that's wonderful wish one of us would have thought of it but took us forever to get together by that time we were like an old couple we knew everything about each other hahahaaa. Didn't even dawn on us to save messages and e-mails etc. Our loss.
