Hi Guys,

I had the following questions for the I-751 form?

1) For payment, what works - regular check or cashier's check?

2) For the evidence statements from friends that are US citizens, do they need to provide SSN numbers on the statements?

3) Do we need to send passport sized photographs with the I-751 form?

Thanks.

read the form! no SSNs required for the affidavits as per the I751 form instructions, no passport photographs either.

Thanks.

Geesus -- go and read the freaking instructions to form I-751. It states very clearly whether photos are required.

You're talking about the I-485 and he's asking about the I-751.

As the poster above said, the directions very clearly state do not send pictures as they take them when they take your fingerprints at the biometrics appointment.

I hope you didn't send them in yet. Known fact, USCIS wants these fees to be made on separate checks. You can not combine them together. I know people who got the whole package return and check uncashed because they sent the total amount for AOS, AP or/and EAD fees.

Please double check!!!
