What caused the RFE??

Try your best to respond, return your RFE response with all the requested evidence before the deadline given by USCIS with a cover letter of respond to the RFE. Your approval will happen soon after addressing the RFE,

USCIS adjudication officer uses RFEs to request additional information on the pending application under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Something is not clear in a case that you have filed;

(2) If there is a document missing;

(3) the officer needs updated information on your case;

(4) the RFE notice was issued by mistake or in error;

(5) the RFE letter was issued for any other reasons the adjudication officer likes.

Our I-129f was approved in 28 days from your NOA1 date.

Okay. Thanks guys. Done with 12 days of waiting. I hope I get my NOA2 by next week or next two weeks. I'M really excited. ? Was wondering how to put those animated emojis here. Haha. They look cool. ?

I'm tracking more than 20cases that have been received the same date as our petition. And so far there was only 1 case that changed, and RFE has been mailed. And our case was way ahead of that case. I guess the processing also depends on the officer who they gave your packet to. I might be one of the last October fillers who will get her petition approved.

Don't be sad Francesca. Just respond to it real fast and they'll get to it right away after they receive what additional stuff they're asking from you.

Oh thank u I hope everything will be ok. But I have a question when u apply for k1 and when I send the papers u need to have letters of intend to marry from petitioner and beneficiary ? Because I remembered that just my fiancé write that letter but I didn't ?

I don't know yet I just recive the notification from application I wait the recipe to come in the mailbox to my fiancé to see their requests..congratulations to all that recive their approval I hope will be ok for me too

Thank you for your positive energy, I am a little disappointed of course but hopefully everything will be ok.. I am so curious what evidence they need, and I bet it's about the letter because I didn't made and statements letter just him...

Know someone after how long after they recive the notification with RFE from the application they recive the hard copy in the mailbox?
