Interview Date

Hi All,

I've called NVC and they've confirmed the interview date as 16 Oct and i didn't get any Email from NVC regarding the same. Could you please confirm would they extend the interview date?

Thanks

What do you mean extend? Do you make move it to a later date? If you need it moved later you have to wait until your petition package gets to embassy (Watch for status to change to READY) than contact embassy (email) and request a later date). Your interview letter will come probably this week. Usually it comes within 48 hours of scheduling.

Hi,

That is what I am experiencing now. Got interview date on Sept 10 for Oct 27, and until now I haven't received any email from NVC regarding that. I'm a bit anxious too. Wonder if I should call NVC to ask or not. As for now my case status is still at NVC.

We seem to all be in the same boat. My interview was also scheduled on September 10th for October 8th. I haven't yet received the confirmation email, but have called the NVC this morning. They stated that everything is fine and that I should receive the emailed letter shortly. So, I'm still nervous, but less so than before the call.
