Wife forgot to copy original AOS?

My wife forgot to make a copy of the original AOS she filed out and sent the the NVC, now our case has been reviewed and we have an interview date on the 25th. What should she do? It was an honest mistake. Does she just fill out another AOS? Some info might change cause of a raise/promotion she had at Publix. Will that be an issue (I assume it will look better cause that means shes making even more money?)? We're just gathering our packages to present at the consulate and we're stuck on that one.

We have the same concern. I just made a new one.. I dont have the interview letter yet, but what I did is just made a new one. As long as u have a copy of your IRS transcripts and you write the same amount for the yearly income ull be fine.. On the paper its asking you about your 2014 recent yearly income. Im not sure but I think if he got a raise/promotion this year its going to reflect on his 2015 Income tax return. Update me please about this.

We called the NVC and they were very iffy about this, but we went ahead and just wrote out a new AOS and we wrote the new value of the estimated salary because my wife did get a raise and she wants to be honest and couldn't really do the math for before without getting flustered.

I don't see it being an issue, I mean if it looks like shes making MORE money, I'm sure that's MUCH better than seeing that she's making less. We might have to explain the situation come time for the interview, but I don't imagine it would cause too much of a fuss if we're honest. (It was an honest mistake forgetting to make a copy of her original AOS).

Unless anyone else on here tells me otherwise or had an experience where it caused them grief, I don't see it being an issue.

I'll tell you exactly what the NVC told us to do:

"That's a tricky one, I don't see why you couldn't re-write the AOS since they have the original and you can up date the income I would imagine as it would be easier for you the calculate. Raises show you're commitment to your current employer and show job security."

*shrug*

She sounded new as all get out but I'll just say it's what the hotline on the NVC told me.

I would call and see for yourself just in case though.

I should rephrase, she obviously put the same amounts as indicated on her Tax transcripts but there is a seciton where it asks for an estimated value....that value has been changed due to the raise. I apologize.

I am not sure about Canada. But when my wife did her interview in Manila Philippines. I did not have a copy of the I-864 form. I fill out a new one and sent that with updated tax info to her for the interview. My wife told me the interviewing officer did not ask for anything I sent her.
