I arrived to the US 6 month ago with a CR1 visa and I am still waiting my GC to arrive by mail.

My wife is american citizen and we are in real marriage,real relation and real love.

Lately the following happened and happening now;

She is having severe depression and shes mentally and emotionally unstable, she will cry and be mad for no obvious reason, she seeing a doctor and taking medicines for that and her doctor recommended to go to counselling. She will think about things which are not happening then she will act as if its happening.

Last week she kicked me out of house for no reason, she told me to leave the house and she was crying and having a break down. I left and slept in a parking lot I tried to call her and talk to her she told me that I want to kill her and shes calling the police, which is not true and I believe because of her mental condition. It ended by me going back home and she said shes sorry but shes having mental issues.

Lately she told me that she doesnt want to work anymore and wants me to pay everything or else she will divorce me and send me back home, I said what I am making is not enough to cover the bills she said to find another job, whenever I say no for something she wants or try to change things she will threat me saying dont make me mad or else i will divorce you and send you back home. I quit my job there and sold my house and car to be with her and now shes doing this, everytime she does this she will come back and say shes sorry but shes having mental problems.

I feel abused and unsecured, I feel like i can be kicked out of the house at anytime and being used by her.

If she divorced me will I be deported right away? Can I remove my conditions earlier based on domestic abuse?

please help
