Hi, everyone,

I am nearing the completion of my K1-Visa package - I129F, etc.

Are the following items sufficient to show that my fiance and I have met in the past two years and are in an ongoing relationship?

(1) 6 color photos from this year of my fiance and I together in Russia.

(2) Two print-outs of Delta bookings.

(3) And one stamped boarding pass/ticket from each of those trips.

Should I add more?

Thanks so much for your help.

Delta bookings do not matter, it does not prove that you actually traveled, it just means that you bought the tickets. I would suggest you also add copies of your stamped passport upon entering Russia.

Here are a few ideas that I used.

1) The actual boarding pass.

2) Hotel, bus and train receipts.

3) I even put in my baggage tag.

4) Passport visa page with stamp showing your entered and left.

5) Have anything that is not in English translated. There are services online that can do it. Or yourself or friend. Also include a letter from the person translating that they are capable of translating.

Boarding passes, receipts for hotels/debit/credit card uses while visiting, and passport stamps. The passport stamps are one of the most important things to show for proof of meeting for those that get them via plane trips.

Do you have pictures from other trips or was this the only one? Do you have pictures of the two of you together with respective families? Bookings doesn't prove anything. Use boarding passes. Receipts from places you went during this trip and other possible trips you took together. Did you send each other gifts? Add receipts of those. How did you communicate? Add email/facebook/whatsapp/hangouts whatever printouts, skype logs etc.

If that's all you have it's pretty thin.

Hi,I think you have a shallow proof, but these are what I included in mine.

An album full of photos with him, family members and friends

Proof of ongoing relationship like call logs, facebook, emails, viber, tango, bbm, whatsapp, trackable calling cards, greeting cards

Proof of having met in person within last 2 yrs (photos, boarding passes, itinerary, entry and exit passport stamps)

Engagement ring receipt and hotel receipt

Money transfer receipt (western union)

Letters from friends and relatives attesting to our relationship

Letters of intent to marry from petitioner and beneficiary

You can send in more convincing documents to them good luck:-)

Thank you, everybody, for your help. I have gathered much more data now.

What do you think now:

(1) 7 photos of us from our trip to Budapest.

(2) Six photos of us from our trip to Istanbul.

(3) Five photos of us from our trip to Podgorica.

(4) Four photos from our trip to Zagreb (where we met in person for the first time).

(5) Seventeen photos from us in Moscow, including pics of us with her mom and her uncle.

(6) 3 print-outs of email reciepts I got from Western union, telling me that she had picked up the money I sent her.

(7) 6 email print outs of orders of flowers I sent her over the months of 2014 and 2015.

(7) A few stamped boarding passes from my flight from NY to Moscow.

(8) A few baggage stickers that show my travel from Philly to Moscow.

(9) 5 months of chat logs from Skype - each log for each month being just 3 pages.

(10) a coin from moscow, Croatia, and turkey.

(11) A hotel receipt from budapest (is it translated on there).

Sufficient? Or should I add more in your opinion? And can I send black and white copies of the boarding passes instead of the originals?

Thank you very much.
