Starting to file and having a lot of questions

Hey everyone,

My fiance is from the UK and we are working on getting everything together for our I-129F. I do have a few questions...

• When he was younger his mom illegally changed his last name. Let's say he was born as a Smith, his mom sent him to secondary school with a new last name that wasn't legally changed, let's say Miller. He graduated and then he had his name changed back to Smith (there apparently had to be something through a lawyer for that even though his mom didn't legally change it in the first place). So now he's Smith again, when we are filling out his information there is a spot for other names he's gone by, should we put "Miller" - if so, will we need the paperwork reversing it back to his birth surname?
• For proof of ongoing relationship, in some of our texts we swear, is that frowned upon to have cursing in the texts? Should I only include texts of where we are lovey dovey or do they want to see if we argue?
• For the time being I'm living with my mom to save money and my mom has graciously said my fiance can live here as well until we save up enough to put down a deposit on a house. Will that affect anything down the road such as establishing domicile? I earn over the 125% poverty line so I don't need a co-sponsor, I'm just living with my mom until we buy a house.

1 yes list both names, no you shouldn't need to provide paperwork for that

2 you don't have to send all your messages, just send a selection of normal talking

For number 2, I know I don't need to send all of my messages, that would far too much. I'm wondering about the messages I do decide to include as a large portion of our texts there is a cuss word as we tend to say I love you so f-ing much.

I really wouldn't worry about the swearing, im sure they have read worse, if they actually do read them which I doubt.

Thanks. It's just a weird situation since it wasn't even a legal name change to begin with, he should have always had the same last name.
