Thank you for the kind words. How long did it took you guys to get the RFE letter? I already mailed Okcupid last week to be prepared for an RFE but they havent replied yet. So I think that if we will get RFE'd for that I will just do without their email and put website terms & conditions and a written letter stating its a free website as supporting evidence.

I do have a bit of good news, my fiancé finally found the NOA1 letter. Her dad put it somewhere, so at least I don't have to worry about the RFE not getting delivered. I'm glad she's home safe after working out of state for 3 months

We got the e-notice on the 20th and received the letter in the mail on the 24th.

I finally got an answer from our dating website: "please refer to our terms and conditions" That's not what I was asking for!

I'm not sure about sending it without an actual statement that it's not an IMB....

Do you still have your first conversation from the website? You could make screenshots so that it shows you initiated a conversation on your own. And write a letter explaining its not a IMB with the terms and conditions printed out. I'm not sure if its enough but I've read some topics on this forum that people did it like that.

Petition don't work like that... it is case by case bases. Like I said before, every case is unique.

Cases are divided among case workers and they choose to work on whatever petition they want.

I was preparing myself for a 5 months wait and it happens so quick.

Just be steadfast, approval rain would shower you soon.

Thanks, I am hoping this approval rain comes as a downpour!

I probably need to take a break from tracking and checking daily! No matter what I do, it's going to take the time it takes.

I told them to please send me a confirmation that they are not an IMB. We'll see how long it takes them to answer again.

No reply yet. Its been more than a week. I'm gonna email them again and hope they respond this time.

Yeah that is very frustrating I'm not sure what would be the best way to fix this but the terms and conditions with a letter should be enough, thats how most people here have done it and they got approved.

Congratulations to new approvals and tons of good luck to people struggling with their RFE! We all worry about you!

It became a bit difficult to follow the forum now. The first half of Sept fillers got their approvals and is patiently waiting for news from embassies. But the late Sept fillers are panicking! Take it easy, it will come soon!

My case still shows at NVC, but its Ok.

Tomorrow I go to medical, will write a review afterwards.

This is where I have a problem. Case workers picking and choosing what applications to work on? We all paid the same amount to have this process done. Therefore it should be 1st come, 1st serve, not "well I like the looks of this one better so I will do theirs first" or more than likely, "this one looks like an easier one to deal with".
