My timeline says 20th-22nd and I feel like I'm going to burst with anticipation!!!

Oh maaaann! All fingers and toes (gross!) crossed for you! It's sooo frustrating just waiting!!!

My fiancé got orders to leave the UK now, so I am soon to be on my own :( I wish it'd hurry up!

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

Is anyone expecting NOA2 around 22nd - 24th Oct?! Let me know as I'd be interested in following timelines.

We attached the G1145 but we haven't had any e-notifications. The USCIS cast status just says they've received our case. I'm getting worried........!

sure thing.. :thumbs: you should download the USCIS Case Tracker app though and turn on your email and text alerts.. Any changes from then on would alert you somehow..

Hello everyone!

After we got the RFE I took a little break from VJ. But now I'm back to give a small update: I woke this this morning to an approval! I'm sooooo excited I really thought the RFE was going to hold us back for WEEKS!

Last Tuesday October 13th: we got an RFE in the mail. There was no indication on our online case tracker that we were getting one

Wednesday October 14th: Luckily it was an easy fix so my fiancé sent out the required paperwork

Friday October 16th: The mail reached CSC

October 21st: NOA2 approval!

I'll updated me official VJ timeline soon!

After we got the RFE I took a little break from VJ. But now I'm back to give a small update: I woke this this morning to an approval! I'm sooooo excited I really thought the RFE was going to hold us back for WEEKS!

Last Tuesday October 13th: we got an RFE in the mail. There was no indication on our online case tracker that we were getting one

Wednesday October 14th: Luckily it was an easy fix so my fiancé sent out the required paperwork

Friday October 16th: The mail reached CSC

October 21st: NOA2 approval!

I know you are right... At least they've worked on it. But it's kind of frustrating :(

I can't think of anything missing... I hope it's just a little typo or something like that, or a missing copy of anything.

But it looks like we are the first of the September filers that got a RFE, right?

We got an RFE because we sent a hospital issued birth certificate for my American fiance! It was a super easy fix. Don't worry, and just wait till you get the hardcopy! I just made a post about our journey - the RFE issue was resolved in a matter of days and now we're onto the next step! :). Please keep us posted!

argh - I didn't know there was a difference! what a bummer - glad it was sorted quickly - now im hoping what we issued was ok.. !

Us either! It was annoying. But if you submitted everything properly I'm sure it'll be something silly like that!

Is anyone expecting NOA2 around 22nd - 24th Oct?! Let me know as I'd be interested in following timelines.

We attached the G1145 but we haven't had any e-notifications. The USCIS cast status just says they've received our case. I'm getting worried........!

I have the same timeline :-) I'm trying hard not to check the case tracker app every 10 mins!! No need to get worried as we are still within the timeframe .... I'm hoping that we will get an update by at least next week. Edited by Project_Harajuku

Us either! It was annoying. But if you submitted everything properly I'm sure it'll be something silly like that!

I just had a HIDEOUS thought - I don't think we sent ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED copy of my fiancés birth cert...

Him being the petitioner...

Will they send us an RFE for this?!

April 13, 2016 – AOS, EAD & AP sent (Day 1)

April 15, 2016 – Received date on the NOA1 (Day 2)

April 22, 2016 – Received SMS & E-mail Notification (Day 9)

April 25, 2016 – Received Hard Copy of NOA1 (Day 12)

May 2, 2016 – Received Biometric Appointment (Day 19)

May 13, 2016 – Biometric Schedule (Day 30)

May 30, 2016 – Updated I-485 to “Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for Interview” (Day 47)

June 29, 2016 - Submitted Service Request (Day 76)

July 13, 2016 - EAD & AP approved (Day 89)
