It takes as long as it takes.

02 Aug 2012 -- Met online

23 Feb 2013 -- Relations began (L)

19 May 2014 -- Visited! :luv:

26 Jun 2014 -- Engaged :dancing:

15 Oct 2014 -- I-129F package finished and mailed to Dallas

17 Oct 2014 -- NOA1 (email) TSC

22 Oct 2014 -- ARN updated

13 May 2015 -- NOA2 (email) :dancing:

19 May 2015 -- NOA2 Hardcopy

4 June 2015 -- NVC received (I think lol) Case number assigned.

11th June 2015 -- NVC sent to Bridgetown

16th June 2015 -- Bridgetown received

17th June 2015 - PCKT3 received
30th June 2015 - PCKT4 received

9th July 2015 - Medical (too many needles :/ )

21st July 2015 - Interview date :goofy:

10th August 2015 - Approved

12th August 2015 - Issued

13th August 2015 - Visa in hand via DHL

24th August 2015 - US arrival (POE MIA)

Is there any way to be assigned a case number quicker?

Did anyone have any luck doing so once NVC received their case?

Nope takes 4 to 8 weeks to get one and in system and able to start doing things. However after you get case# if you have probably cause you can request an expedite.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

2/27/2020: Combo Interview (ROC and Citizenship)
3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

Whoa! But correct me if I'm wrong ... other posts do indicate normally 12-14 days right?

For K1's sure. Where so you see 12 to 14 days to get a case#?

Many people have indicated they've received the case number within 12-14 days usually even though they were told 30 days.

Oh gosh I hope I'm not wrong, NVC received my case 08/03/2015 and I was hoping to get a case number in 12-14 days. If it's really going to take 4-8 weeks ... :crying:
