I am getting mixed signals here (nothing new) between government and non government websites.

The embassy website says to bring a copy of the printed DS-160

But looking on the process on other non government websites there are DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157 to be filed as well??

Any advice would be great thanks!

It is also asking for an original I-134 form? I have mailed numerous items to my fiance, none of which have ever made it to her home in Angeles City, including personal items. She, too, has never received one ounce of mail from any part of this process.... Is this normal?

My fiance's mail delivery is not dependable either. Luckily, I was able to take ir to him personally on one of my visits.

Follow the interview preparation instructions for K-1ers on the U.S. Embassy Manila web site. You will see that you don't need a DS-156, DS-156K, nor a DS-157.

Never send your immigration documents through the mail. Always use a private carrier.

use registered mails or much better use Fedex or UPS. Angeles City is shouldn't be difficult for mail services.

Fees, forms and processes change over time. This is why people should not rely only on forums, hearsay, and links to other third party DIY sites. And when using sites like VJ, always check the dates of the posts.

You should always check the information directly from the consulate website and the Dept.of State site at travel.state.gov. Those will be your number one best bets for the most up-to-date accurate information regarding required documentation.
