Congratulations, that was so quick!

As for me, still no updates online/the app. It's annoying that some people have a very organised and trackable case history and then there's other cases that aren't scanned at every avenue leaving you feeling like nothing is happening. Starting to worry that an RFE was sent out but we haven't received the letter, so I'm going to get my husband to call tomorrow to see what's going on and if we can't get an update. Is there a particular number I need to call, a person to speak to, and is there anything I need to have to hand other than the receipt numbers? Was hoping to get through this whole debacle without having to call anyone, but it's looking like that might be out of my hands when nothing has been updated and we're only getting radio silence.

If you are the non USC you will have to call and then tell them you give your husband permission to discuss the case with them. You will most likely have to give them your name, address and date of birth as well as your case number. You call 800-375-5283.

He can still call but you have to be the one telling them your info. Me and my husband did it on speakerphone. I'm an almost cured social anxiety sufferer so I know the feeling! I hate phones...

Really hope my EAD won't be too delayed by our AOS RFE... I so want to work now!

I think yours will be coming soon. My husband's I-485 had an RFE (then we sent in wrong documents in our RFE reply, then resent the corrected ones) and all that mess didn't affect his EAD. He got his approved right around the 60 day mark from the time we filed!

Such great news to see the updates today! It appears that the earlier August filers are seeing their EAD so I'm praying that's a good sign that the later August filers (me) will be receiving theirs VERY soon. My case status still has not changed so still waiting.....not very patiently. :clock:


Hi all. I just received my work permit today. It's been crazy with the updates on the work permit I got an alert for the card in production, the the workpermit its been approved then the work permit has been shipped out and lastly the work permit has delivered. In everytime that my app alert me I was hoping it will the schedule for interview date, well hope it's not too far.

Woo Hoo! Congratulations! So glad that yours is ready to go now! I know how ready you have been to get to work. My husband's card was mailed out on the 17th, so we are so anxious for it to get here so he can go job searching :)
