Hey guys: I got my 10 years a month or two ago.

Now I hit my 3 years anniversary, should I apply for citizenship now?

I have two weeks vacation starting tomorrow.

Should I submit the forms before I leave?

Is there any problem entering usa while my application is pending?

Hello, August 21, 2015 filer here. I have been following this thread trying to get some encouragement, is anyone from the same/close date approved yet? The processing times list from USCIS says they're processing August 31, 2015 cases but still I haven't received any notice. Thank you for your responses!

Hi everyone,

Sorry for being absent for a whole. I have a few updates.

After didn't heard back for almost a year I called the uscis to check the status of my case on July 17th. They told me that they are processing august 3rd cases and I'll be hearing from them in a couple of days (my case is 6th) and if don't hear back in two weeks I should call again.

So I didn't hear anything and called back on august 2nd. Asked for a tier 2 got a call later that day stating that they are still working on my case and they are making promises that they cannot keep. The process is taking more than a year now.

On august 5 tho we manage to get an appointment for the 19th for infopass and get my passport stamped for another year but still didn't heard back from my case.

I guess I'll file for my n400 soon to force them to make a decision.

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting and frustrated like me.

My ROC case is pending. Sent a response to RFE last month.

Since my ROC NOA (one year extension to the 2 year conditional residence) is expiring next month, I made an infopass appointment to get an I-551 stamp on my passport. Got it today without any hassles. Status extended for another year.

The clerk at the counter said that the latest case status was "Pending Transfer". I guess after they transfer the case to the local office, there might be an interview.

It is very hard to get infopass appointments at the Fairfax VA (Washington DC) USCIS office. The only way which works is if you try early morning (around 6am), you will likely get a slot 14 days from today. Otherwise, at any other time of day, it shows no available appointments.

Hi everyone,

Glad to announce that we received the Removal of Conditions approval letter on 08/19/16 stating the case was approved on 08/15/16 and that the GC production has been ordered. Thank you all for all the information provided on this website. Couldn't have done it without you!

Now hoping the GC arrives quickly and we don't have to make an infopass for an I-551 stamp.

Updated the table below. Mod, please revise if necessary.

Hi everyone,

Glad to announce that we received the Removal of Conditions approval letter on 08/19/16 stating the case was approved on 08/15/16 and that the GC production has been ordered. Thank you all for all the information provided on this website. Couldn't have done it without you!

Now hoping the GC arrives quickly and we don't have to make an infopass for an I-551 stamp.

Congrats! That gives me hope, I submitted my I-751 August 19 so it should be another 20 days... oh well if only it worked that way :rolleyes: ... btw I think the percentage is wrong on the last list submitted, it should be 48% instead of 44% approved? Anyway I'll keep waiting...
