Received I-797, Notice of Action stating that "The above petition have been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United states and will apply adjustment of status. The evidence indicates he or she is not eligible to file an adjustment. This determinations based on the information submitted with the petitio and any relating files. If the person for whom you are petitioning believes the he or she is eligible for adjustment of status then he or she should contact the local USCIS for more information"

What's the problem? Are you filing for your spouse or child? Are you a US citizen or a Green Card Holder?

You had a whole previous thread that was closed. Your spouse can't adjust status because you are not a US citizen and they will be in trouble if they don't leave soon. Re read your previous thread

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
