Hello, today I got back my results from the tb skin test as positive, took x-ray today of my chest. Really worried had tb some 15 years back in india. Had treatments done, now it is reappearing. With a positive results and prior tb will my aos be denied, or can I get treatments and continue my process. Really worried about this any help will be appreciated

Someone may had different and better info., but I think that once you have been admitted to the US your TB can and will be treated here. Also, I wouldn't think that just having a positive TB skin alone would be considered a factor in your AOS petition/process, let alone get an AOS denial. Just my opinion, though.

Best of luck!

Skin test is always positive for me, meaningless doing one.

You will be fine as long as you don't have active TB which your chest X-ray will reveal. What you need to understand about the TB is that almost every person from a 3rd world nation will test positive for the Tdap skin test because of crowded situations in 3rd world nations and a much higher risk encountering people coughing and spreading the germs. Many though won't develop full blown active TB but will be carriers of the germ that's why they'll always test positive. It's at later stages in life when they're old or happen to be immunocompromised that it can then go full blown unless treated. The only way to know if you have active TB will be if your lungs reveal it on the X-ray. If your radiologist's results indicate lungs appear normal, you should be fine.

I understand how you feel, my partner will be processing a fiancé VISA and i was treated with TB 4 years ago, did yearly check and went to specialist he specifically mention that since I have history of TB “skin test will always show as POSITIVEâ€

My problem here is I have scar on my lunch which would conclude that I am still infected by TB, I do have a document supporting that I completed the medication free of disease. Do I have to notarize those document and send to my partner in the US? or do I have to give those document straight to the embassy?

I wish to stay here in the Philippines as I have stable job and a house but I need to be marry, since I am transgender and I cant get marry my man here in my country. which is sad.

Any suggestion?

You do not need a medical for a Tourist visa, I have been to 32 countries and never need one. You only need a medical for the US for an immigrant visa.
