Hello I just recently got married and I'm trying to start the i-130. For my spouse name (area C- informations about your relative) it asks for name (family name) then first and middle. In his birth certificate, from Mexico it has both his last names. Should I omit the second last name and just put the family name like it asks or add both in that box.

Also, question 14 in area c it asks "if your relative is currently in the U.S. Complete the following: If he or she arrived as a..." are they referring to the beneficiary? He has never been to the U.S.

Yes they are referring to the beneficiary.

Put all of his last names.
