Our case was updated today. We are finally ready to be scheduled for an interview!

No update on the EAD/AP. I imagine they should update it soon?

Hi everyone. Congrats to all who had approvals.

My Ead status changed from card production to case was approved. Isn't it supposed to approved first and go to production? Is there a problem?

The same thing happened to us, then a few days later status changed to card has been mailed. I'm sure you'll be receiving your in about a week.

Hello Everyone my husband and I still waiting for the EAD and AP approval. after biometrics on august 17th any change in our case.

Hopefully by next week we have good news. Congratulations to all approvals and have a happy weekend

Our NOA1 for EAD was July 6 & Biometrics Aug 7..... Still no case update :/ Hopefully by this upcoming week.

Still waiting on our second RFE for Green Card.. Hoping it's simple . The first RFE was for more supporting docs for the joint sponsor ...

Some updates on our case. I-131 was proved on Sept 10 and came today. It is funny because we filed it much later than everything else and it came approved in 22 days.

So here is our timeline:

I485 and I765 were received on July 14

Biometrics appointment August 13

Update for I485- Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview August 19 (since than no news, how long can it take?)

I131 was received on August 21, approved on Sept 10 and received on Sept 14.

NVC sent our case back to the USCIS August 25 (it took them slightly more than 60 days)

I hope we get some updates on I765 soon, as I see it the most important thing right now.

Did you file them together? If you did you should have received one card that is both your authorization to work and also to travel. EAD/AP combo. Ours was approved on the 10th as well but both our I-131 / I-765 were.

No, we did not. As I wrote we filed I131 more than one month later than I485 and I765

I received EAD approval letter today. The card hasn't been mailed yet..

I am new to this forum and adjusting from a B1/B2 visa.

I have been following the posts for a while and I liked the interaction and encouragement from everybody so I decided to share my time line:

07/03/15 Package sent to Chicago Lockbox (I130, I131, I765, I485)

07/06/15 Package Received and signed for

07/13/15 Fingerprint fee received

07/15/15 Text/Email notification case received official notice to follow

07/21/15 Received hard copy NOA for I130 and I485 only dated 07/14/15

07/24/15 Received Biometric Appointment for 08/06/15 at Hialeah FL

08/06/15 Biometric Completed

08/13/15 Check online status and saw a RFE sent off that day

08/18/15 Sponsor don't meet poverty guideline

08/25/15 Respond to RFE

08/26/15 RFE delivered

08/27/15 Online Status say RFE received etc......

Still no text/email for I131 and I765 nor hard copy and online status remain the same for I485...

Hey guys , I received our 2nd RFE in the mail today (thank God it got here quicker than the first one) . As I suspected my joint sponsor does not make enough for her family and my husband.

They highlighted the words "new joint sponsor" lol so I know to just look for another and not try to send in more evidence for my mom.

So we are going to ask my mothers aunt and pray she'll do it because we really don't know anyone else

My EAD was finally approved yesterday, yaaaaaaaay! I suppose your husband should get his approved soon as well since we're both NYC filers and you guys filed just a little later than I did. Fingers crossed for you!
