Hi im planning to apply for a tourist for me and 2 kids. Their father is us citizen.we are not planning to stay ther for good we only just want to spend christmas with him and his family. I have a job and i dont have any relatives in the us. Do you think we have a chance that are visa will get approve?

Your chance is extremely slim; you have kids (why do they need tourist visas, are they not US citizens themselves?) by a US citizen who is your fiance; you would need very string ties to home to be approved.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

There is always a chance. It only cost $160 to find out.

I went to party this weekend they had issued a mother age 55 and daughter age 30 a tourist visa from Philippines to visit her daughter in USA

If it were me I would plan on submitting an application again and again in case you are denied the first time or two

Thank you for your answers.. I just need some words of encouragement before applying for our visa.. Fyi i just gave birth to our second child. The dad visits us once a year.. I just want my children to celebrate the holiday with their father.

Can their father pass on US Citizenship. US Citizens must use US passports to enter the US.

No because they were born here in the philippines

It's not about where they were born. Where was the father born. Is his US citizenship based on to his children? How did he gain US citizenship, through birth, marriage, parents, ?
