US citizens do not have fundamental right to live in the U.S. With their foreign spouses

For the topic header.....of course we don't; I thought everyone knew that. That's is the whole reason there is an immigration process, if we had that right than the spousal visa wouldn't exist. Secondly, from the story I'm glad it wasn't approved, but the story is about how she was seeking specific reasons (which currently does not have to be given) his visa was denied not for the right for him to come live here.

I think specific reasons should be given so for that I agree with her...glad this guy isn't here though.

I'm *shocked* it was a 5-4 decision by the court ... This should have been a 9-0 decision.
