Good for her.

She needs to be careful that she satisfies the residency requirements to maintain the GC. It doesn't appear that she plans to permanently reside here for now so she has her main job in the Philippines but will be using the GC to enter the U.S. in lieu of a tourist visa.

I'm not sure if she's breaking the law but she seems to be breaking the rules. She has a multi-year contract with GMA-7. That doesn't sound like someone who was given a green card with the intention to reside in the US.

Seems unlikely she would post a fraudulent document.

Perhaps she had an EB petition in and an O1 and the O1 came first?
