Need help on ellis.gov - Dos case id wont fit

I need your help. I am trying to pay immigrant visa fee. The DOS case number wont for i have MNL(12 numbers).

What should i do?

Its very simple , you have to add "0" before your registration number for example your number is 12345678 and when you filled the online form you enter

A012 345 678

If the DOS case number is too long take away the 01 at the end.

A012 345 678

A number is fine. It fits okay, but the DOS are not.. I have mnl123456789012. On the box it can only fit 11 numbers

My dos case id is too long.... One of vj's member advised me to remove the last 2 digit..thats my understanding

This is the answer I got from USCIS:

 

The DOS Case ID is identified as IV Case Number on the Visa Stamp, but has two additional numbers at the end, such as 01 or 02. When entering the IV Case Number as the DOS Case ID into the USCIS online filing system, do not include the last two numbers. For example: if your IV Case Number is ABC1234567801, you would not include the 01 and enter your DOS Case ID as ABC12345678.

That solution was given a few posts above yours in this nearly 4-year old thread...
