I'm no expert but I have read something about this before preparing my petition

I think you don't HAVE to send the G325a(form) UNLESS the NVC makes a Request for it ☺

By the way Congrats!! You've really went through speedy approvals there ?

Did you do DCF?...

Hi, Ditdot yes DCF.. To be honest I'm a bit worried about it. Because it should be filed together with I-130. On our case we didn't filed the G325a, now our documents is already at NVC. Im afraid that this will result to visa denial :(

Yes I totally understand

Ya know... USCIS would have picked it up and sent a RFE your way but they didn't and your case is at the NVC stage now(which is a GOOD sign).

If it were me I would probably call NVC first thing on Monday just to settle the G325a issue

If the case is at the NVC you did NOT do DCF.

Also because the case is at the NVC stop worrying about the USCIS. Send the G-325as to the NVC if requested. Bring them to interview if they're not.
