My wife, a green card holder who came here on a K-1 VISA 4 years ago would like to bring her unmarried 29 year old son to the U.S. He has three children by a Filipina in the Philippines who has possession of the children. My question is will his children prevent him from immigrating?

Thanks for your help

None that comes to mind, they might be adults anyway by the time he gets here.

Having children will NOT be a problem. He can even bring them with him if the mother allows them to.

Under F2B category, he only needs to maintain his SINGLE status throughout the 11 year waiting period.
