Hi guys! I have a 3 yrs old son in the Philippine now I want to file him. But my question how long is the processing time since I'm still a green card holder? I need an expert advice before I work on his paper... Reply is much appreciate thanks

are you married to a USC?


Did you arrive as a CR1 or IR1 or K1? How long ago?

No..I came here as a permanent resident...I got here dec 2012

Child will be under the F2A category. Waiting time is more or less 2 years. File the i130 asap.
