I-130 RFE Philippines Help Please

I have three I-130's in process at the Nebraska Service Center for my wife and two step-children who live in the Philippines. I have received a RFE for the two children requesting birth certificates. My issue is that the RFE states these birth certificates need a "CDLI Endorsement" (Court Documents and Legal Instruments). I have the two birth certificates from the National Statistics Office as requested; however, these birth certificates do not have the CDLI Endorsement. When I go to the website to order birth certificates provided by USCIS it asks me whether any changes have been made to the birth certificate, which there has not, so then the CDLI order option goes away. So I'm wondering if the CDLI Endorsement is needed? How will I order a birth certificate with a CDLI Endorsement if there has been no changes? Thanks for your help.

If no changes has been made to the birth certificates you do not need the CDLI endorsement just the NSO copies of the Birth certificate is good

I got a RFE for my NSO marriage certificate and the RFE letter stating the same, but since I did not make changes to the certificate . THE CDLI was not require and it was ok

I am sure you will be ok also as CDLI is not require in your case since no changes were made

Thank you, I figured a birth certificate without the CDLI Endorsement would suffice. I had my wife call the NSO in the Philippines and they said if she ordered new birth certificates they wouldn't provide a CDLI Endorsement anyways since there has been no changes. Thanks very much for your help!

Look at RFE for people saying they used Filipino cupid. Seems there has been a rash lately with USCIS saying it a IMBRA.

First congrats on visa in hand. My asawa should have hers in hand by the end of the week. I've tried to track it at 2go using her mnl# but no luck yet.

And fwiw NVC since Oct last year doesn't need any ORIGINAL NSO certs. But you would need to show them at USEM interview. Wasn't the case when I submitted my IV package and made another 4 week delay in the process.
