What packets should i be waiting for a k1 visa petition. Packet 3 and 4 both? Or just either 1 of them? If i only need one of them. How does it look like? NVC status says its ready so i believe my papers are already in the US Embassy in Phils.

K-1 VISA (Wife Petition)

03/07/2015 - Mailed I-129F package

03/18/2015 - Received text and email NOA1 was received

04/07/2015 - Received text and email NOA2 was approved

04/10/2015 - Received NOA2 Hard Copy

04/24/2015 - NVC received our package

04/29/2015 - Date Case #, IIN and BIN assigned

05/01/2015 - Date package left NVC

05/04/2015 - Date received by consulate

05/14/2015 - Medical Appointment

06/02/2015 - US Embassy Interview Approved

06/10/2015 - Received US Visa from 2GO

06/15/2015 - CFO

06/17/2015 - US Arrival

07/17/2015 - Wedding Day

EAD

08/24/2015 - NOA1 date

10/26/2015 - Approved

10/31/2015 - Received EAD card

Your not waiting for anything except you need your MNL#. Get it and you can rock and roll. Follow the link at the twisting arrow and follow the step by step instructions.

Delivered March 8, 2014 AOS packaged delivered to USCIS drop box

Accepted March 19, 2014 Text message with receipt numbers

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

None! Everything is online with the K-1 visa.

Mali, maghihitay ka ng amag kung hihintayin mo yung mga letter. Nasa USEM website yung mga instructions. Pwede mo rin iclick yung link sa Signature ni Hank_

Jan 13, 2015 - MNL Case Number & Packet 3 Received via email (I emailed the IV Unit-Manila requesting these on Jan 5, 2015 and Jan 12, 2015)

Jan 21, 2015 - NOA2: Mailed (via PhilPost!) paper/hard copy delivered to our place here in Manila.

Jan 22, 2015 - Packet 3: Mailed (again via PhilPost!) paper/hard copy delivered to out place here in Manila.

Feb 24 & 25, 2015 - Day 1 & Day 2 of Medical @ SLEC. Immunizations given on Day 2, thankfully

Mar 5, 2015 - USEM Interview Appointment - IR-1 Visa Approved! (CEAC Status updated to ISSUED afternoon of interview day)

Mar 10, 2015 - 3pm - Received SMS saying IV Package ready for pickup at 2GO MoA. Picked up at 5pm. (Shipped/Picked Up/In Hand on 3rd Business Day post interview)

Mar 13, 2015 - CFO Manila - Done

Now disposing/selling/giving away/shipping to the US stuff from 14 years in the PHL and 4 years together before heading to POE.

Walang packet na dadating. Ang tagal ko na dito sa US pero ni isang document walang dumating sa address ko sa Pinas. Nakapost online lahat sa website ng embassy at madali idownload. Wag ka maghintay, manunuyot kalang kakahintay sa wala. Alam mo namang walang kwenta ang sistema sa Pilipinas pagdating sa mga sulat.

Thank you very much guys. Thank you for giving me peace of mind. Right now we just Signed and Sent the DS-160 online and will schedule an interview online sometime this weekend. Probably schedule it a month from now. Do medical a week before the interview. Hope all is well to all of you too.
