Anybody NOT get a cc email? My case was complete April 22, I called an confirmed...but still no cc email...

Some don't get but I would reconfirm because they may have found something wrong. The CC email comes 7 days after the CC date.

dwheels76 or anyone who may know can you let me know the steps after the interview with rough timelines?

My interview date is 11th June and I want to plan it out so I can get everything ready and be ready to fly out.

Visa issued same day? No If not whats the waiting period? At least one day in most cases. No Visas issued on Friday. Visa pickup days are usually Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Finally got connected to Nvc after 40mins n they told my interview date on June 1st.

So happy to get it now after waiting for 18 months.

Dint get IL by email. Nvc operator said I'll receive in 5-6 days. Anyone else who dint get il n have got date on phone?

Oops..forgot I have a question to ask. As of 4/13/2015 we have been married for 2 yrs. So we now qualify for the IR1 visa but our application is for CR1. Should he bring this up at the interview tomorrow or wait until POE? Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you got your answer. You will get 10 year green card. It will always say CR1 throughout the process no worries. Just remind the CBP at the POE so they can update your records and the right Green card gets issued.

Hi, anyone waiting on an interview date from the Guayaquil, Ecuador Consulate?

I checked on the spreadsheet and there are very few cases from Ecuador from 2013.

Our case was completed on April 13 and want to have an idea of how long it takes for the Consulate to issue the appointment date..

Dwheels and others CHime in. If i leave a few days before my 2 yrs anniversary, lets say 1-2wks before. Do i still get conditional Visa or 10 yrs?

I'm sure some one answered. Sorry I am late. Nope. You would get a 2 year Visa. It's how long you are married when you enter the US.

I haven't received my visq packet after interview. They gave me nothing except thet green card fee form.

m I suppose to get it with my passport?

Have you picked up your Visa yet? You get your Visa Package when you pick up or when your Visa is delivered to you.

This may sound like a stupid question, but i'll ask it nonetheless.

I'm creating my account on DHL site, and it asks for DS-260#. Is the number at the bottom of the page, or is the one at the top of the form (eg. OMB Approval Number 1405-0015)??

I believe the # they want is on your DS-260 confirmation page.

There is no requirement for you to take any followup doses to any vaccines. If you wish to followup you can do them in the US. It will not effect your interview process or delay it at all. No worries.

What if I don't take the doses even after the approval will it affect my entry to the US?

Hi everyone, i posted a few updated details on my case below. Dwheels can you please update my interview date. Also, I have two quick questions:

1. when i went to register my appointment online it stated we had choose the exact interview time listed in our letter, which was 7:00am, but the earliest time listed was 9:00am. We will still show up at the appointed 7:00am, but will this be an issue on the day of our interview because the times do not match?

2. The only medical appointment available was for 5/29 and my interview is 6/5 approximately 7 days apart. Do you think this is cutting it way too close? The nurse said this should be enough time but I am still a bit hesitant.
