Hi all, just want to add me to the list. I sent my application to the California service center on 5/18 and my NOA receipt date is 5/22.

It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received my biometric appointment, but after reading this thread it looks like I'm not alone. :(:(

Hopefully we'll get our appointment letter soon..

Hi all, just want to add me to the list. I sent my application to the California service center on 5/18 and my NOA receipt date is 5/22.

It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received my biometric appointment, but after reading this thread it looks like I'm not alone. :(:(

Hopefully we'll get our appointment letter soon..

No you're not alone...seems like you're in the majority. No one on here who filed the last 10 days of May has a bio appointment yet. You should call and have them do a service check. Hopefully they will begin to realize that someone screwed up and all of us late May filers have been skipped.

It's so sad because even when you call and tell them that the biometrics letter hasn't been recieved they don't check and see that it's awhole lot of people ,I know people who filed their i175 in March and April and still didn't get their bio appointment yet.Something is not right.

I called them last week and demanded to speak to someone above them and I was able to and they gave me another reciept number and now I'm able to look up my case online .But still no Biometrics appointment letter.Its very weird that people who filed in July some already got bio app.

something is not right

The man told me that sometimes they don't require another biometrics is it was done 2 years ago.But if that's the case then why not let me know .Keeping quiet is not helping .

Last July 7 i called USCIS regarding my biometric schedule, I was able to talk to an officer and he told me that I should be getting a letter through mail by 22 of this month and just this morning I finally received my biometrics appointment on August 7.

Called again today - a Tier 2 Officer finally gave me a receipt number that I can use online to check my status (so at least something). She said I shouldn't need to do biometrics but she also said I shouldn't expect a notice about that - however, my understanding is that if your fingerprints are current, USCIS lets you know through a mailed notice (is that correct or not?) She said my fingerprints should be taken from my previous case (I have no idea what she's talking about - my original CR1 application, or my reentry permit application?)...in any event, I scheduled an Infopass for Yakima this Friday to pester someone else in person (I was at the Portland field office a few weeks ago doing biometrics for a I-131 application and the officer there told me I should schedule an infopass if I didn't get a notice by the end of the month, so that's why I'm doing it) - hopefully I won't get any conflicting information. This case gets more baffling by the minute. I mean, if I don't have to do biometrics for ROC, that's great - I just wish the flow of information wasn't so inconsistent.

I did get a reply to my service request from two weeks ago - my case is on the scheduler and I should get an appointment in the mail (so should I or should I know? They have 2 week old fingerprints for me in their system. Should I cancel my INFOPASS?
