So then we're hoping to see those 3 N/As today too. Fingers crossed.

I know, the time we've spent on supervisor review is just crazy. And we didn't even need to go on supervisor review. At first we thought they just forgot or misplaced our case but I've heard from others in the same boat as us. They've also been on supervisor review or the general review for +50 days.

Yeah, we've called different hours of the day and after like 12 calls or something now, we finally got hold of someone who was willing to transfer us to a supervisor, who of course didn't answer. But we were able to give our number for the supervisor to call back. We've also emailed six times but no reply on those.

I've put together a timeline of our case from the time we hit NVC. We're including it with our release form we're sending to our Senator on Friday, if we haven't received any information from NVC by then. Apparently, this is a big issue that people just don't know about. I mean our Senator has a whole immigration team just dedicated to assist in dealing with federal agencies as part of the immigration process... I mean what a waste of taxpayers' money to have to involve the help of a United States Senator and their team to get some answers from NVC. But that's where we'll be on Friday if we haven't heard from NVC. On Friday we will have been 65 days on supervisor review. We'll be involving our Senator, we'll be contacting the US Ambassador to Sweden and the Secretary of State, we'll write President Obama and we're even considering contacting the media. Anyone know anyone else that might be good to write to get help in getting some answers from NVC?

Hi Mallafri,

If you check out my timeline, you'll find our cases are very similar. My husband and I sent in our AOS/IV packages and had a scan date of April 21, and we didn't have any news at all until just two weeks ago. After 30 days we were put under our first supervisor review. After 45 days of supervisor review, we were put under supervisor review again because nothing had happened. I think we were under supervisor review for about seventy days before someone looked at our case, and luckily we got a CC without a checklist. Here are some of the things we tried to do to get them to look at our case.

- I called every day to ask about where the case was and why it was taking so long. In all of that time they only ever put me through to a supervisor once.

- When I did speak to the supervisor, she told me she would do me a "favor" by flagging my case for something called "unit manager review". Apparently the unit managers are the supervisors bosses. The supervisor I spoke to was super rude and pretty much told me that I just had to keep waiting and that she didn't have to flag my case for me, but that she'd send a letter to her boss anyway. I urge you to request a "unit manager" review for your case.

- We sent two different requests to our state senator (my husband lives in Missouri) to implore her to contact the NVC and ask them to get to our case, as it was outside of fair processing times. We never heard back.

- We sent in a request for an expedite to the NVC based on continual NVC error (because obviously something is wrong that we waited four months when they quote one month) and made a plea to our embassy (Canada) to send our case to the embassy for processing. The request was denied.

Luckily, not long after that I noticed the 3 N/As on CEAC had appeared. I don't know what I would have done to get a checklist after all this wait. There is nothing as crushing as seeing people who submitted their packages 3 months later than you get their CC, and you're still waiting for news.

I hope this helps. My advice would be to make a plea with the NVC to request a unit manager review. Nothing else we tried worked.

CeeMu have you taken over the management of the Scan Date to Case Complete spreadsheet you decided to do? That Spreadsheet is way way behind. Since end of July......I hope you will do that ASAP.

Hi everyone, nyala62 I was just a little bit bizy with work because I will be leaving soon to Ghana.

Now can someone explain something to me, because it seems like reps at nvc can't get an answer for me. We received our P4 e-mail, and concerning the documents we need to take to the interview, nvc claims we gave them a copy of a court records, and as far as we're concerned, the only courts records we gave them are our marriage certificate, my divorce certificate and my husband's divorce certificate, so I'm thinking maybe they were asking for my original divorce certificate, but it seems like reps at nvc can't confirm what court records they really asking for, and it's making me worried, anyone have an idea please.
