Thank God, our visa is now issued and our case is approved. I cannot describe to you the relief I feel. Thank each and every one of you for the help you have given us by taking time to answer questions and provide encouraging support. I pray that you all are able to be with your loved ones soon and I just want to tell you that no matter how bad things look (case wise, interview wise: check ours, lol) or anything, God is greater than that. Thank you all.

Thank you for the encouraging words. I really needed to hear this. I think that our case looks pretty bad: met online, dated online and over the phone for over a year and a half, met for only 5 days, no real engagement date because ours wasn't formal like that. I am so worried. But yes, God is greater than my circumstances. I love Efosa so much and can't wait to be with him.

Thank you all so much! And congrats to those of you who are already with your loved ones and good luck to those who are still in the journey! Tomyka81, I don't think your case looks terrible. I think most of the people on here have met online and most of their relationship has been online. That doesn't mean it's not real. Our case is the same. I visited twice for over a month though. But the consular officer didn't even know I went the second time!!! My fiance never got the chance to tell him. Also, he accused us of already being married and my fiance got embarrassed by a sexual question and lied but corrected himself. LOL. I don't think our case could have gone much worse. Not to mention, before his interview our cosponsor forms were returned so we don't even know if they looked at them. I don't make half of the minimum requirement because I'm a student so I NEEDED a cosponsor. You see, God made that happen. There is no way our case did, lol. So don't be discouraged. As long as your relationship is genuine, I think that's the key. Best of luck!
