Hi guys,

Good Morning.

Can anyone enlighten me how to start or the steps in doing the paperworks for my wife and minor kids in coming to the US. I am a greencard holder. I don't know where to begin. I don't have money to get an immigration lawyer to help me out. I am only relying with VisaJourney to help me out. Kindly throw me some inputs.

Thank you so much in ahead of time.

More Power!

There are guides found at the top tab for the process. Because you are an LPR ( greencard holder ) the wait for a visa is currently a couple of years. Start by reading the guides and that will get you started on the process

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Yes, the process is essentialy the same as if you were a US citizen, it just takes a bit longer:

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
