Hi guys,

Good Morning.

Can anyone enlighten me how to start or the steps in doing the paperworks for my wife and minor kids in coming to the US. I am a greencard holder. I don't know where to begin. I don't have money to get an immigration lawyer to help me out. I am only relying with VisaJourney to help me out. Kindly throw me some inputs.

There are guides found at the top tab for the process. Because you are an LPR ( greencard holder ) the wait for a visa is currently a couple of years. Start by reading the guides and that will get you started on the process

Yes, the process is essentialy the same as if you were a US citizen, it just takes a bit longer:

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
