Hey, just a tip. If you view people's timeline, it tells you how many days it's been between their NOA1 and their NOA2. Might save you the time and effort of coming back here and asking this multiple times. :)

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

We dont know exactally...only the hard copy says that right? Does anyone here know if we can find out what it was if we call the USCIS?

But I expect it to be a mistake on our actual i129f form;)

Here is verbatim what My RFE says:

Submit evidence of meeting the beneficiary in person within the 2 year period preceding the filing of the petition.

* A written statment from you or beneficiary stating that you have met in person and containing details of the date and circumstances of the meeting.

* Copies of airline ticket stubs and receips

* Copies of passport pages that show the identification page and admision stamps

I think we submitted enough evidence about hbing met in the last 2 year (like 8 times) to be honest ? but you never know. Did you submit any of this with your initial petition.

When we got our RFE, my fiancé called USCIS, but they didn't tell him any info on the phone:-( We needed to wait the hardcopy, but we got it within 3 business days. Kepp us updated what you've got:-) It's even better than if you didn't get any update...:-)

2015-04-03: I-129F sent

2015-04-06: I-129F received

2015-04-15: NOA1 received

2015-05-21: RFE message received by email and text

2015-05-26: RFE hardcopy received

2015-05-27: RFE sent

2015-05-28: RFE received by CSC, status updated on USCIS website

2015-06-17: NOA2 message received by email

2015-06-22: NOA2 hardcopy received

2015-07-20: Got our case # from NVC on the phone and same day transferred to the Embassy

2015-07-27: According to the CEAC site, our case is ready for the interview

2015-12-21: Biometrics was taken for EAD

2015-12-21: RFE received regarding I-485 (W2 was requested)

2015-12-22: Evidence (W2) sent back to USCIS

2015-12-28: Biometrics appointment letter received by mail - Appointment is on the 4th January

2016-01-04: Biometrics was taken for AOS

2016-02-01: Service request sent regarding EAD

2016-02-02: Service request was sent to an officer for response
2016-02-05: Expedite request sent
2016-02-11: Second service request sent, assigned to an officer same day
2016-02-12: EAD/AP card is being produced!!!
2016-02-17: EAD/AP card is being mailed!!!
