Biometrics appointment received for my wife (K-1) & stepdaughter (K-2). Scheduled for the 29th but will be going in for an early walk-in date this coming week in hopes of success?

For sure, I will be taking my wife/daughter for their Biometrics this coming Friday the 22nd since I will be working from home.

Update: I decided to go in this afternoon to try our luck today for my wife/daughter's walk-in Biometrics and it was a success. No questions asked so we're good to go in that area.

Now we'll wait for good news on the EAD/AP combo card in late June/early July God willing.

My wife/daughter just had their early walk-in Biometrics yesterday afternoon so I'm estimating an EAD/AP approval going off my Timeline (Late June/Early July) hopefully.

BTW, I see that you are from the LA area. I am taking my family on a holiday trip to LA this coming weekend and catch a DODGERS game while spending some time on Santa Monica pier, Universal Studios - City Walk, etc.

I had my biometrics appointment last Monday (11th May). All went well and there were only three other people (Seattle), so I was already done after 15 minutes. They also stamped my appointment letter after I was done.

Do I need need to send something to the USCIS or is waiting all I can do?

Nope, no need to send anything to USCIS. The stamped appointment letter is just confirmation of the completion of your Biometrics.

Now it's just a matter of playing the waiting game and being patient.
