You can also call uscis ask to speak for a expedited request under the criteria: Severe financial loss to company or individual and let them know of your job offer and possible wages and you fear the job will not be available if u wait on normal processing timeline

*i130 accepted and assigned to Vermont Service Center - February 24,2015

*i485, i765 filed along with i797c for i130 accepted -- March 31,2015

**birth of baby boy Samir ------ April 2, 2015

*i797c for i485, i765 received in mail ------ April 11,2015

*biometrics appointment notice for april 27, 2015 ----- April 17, 2015

*biometrics completed at East Hartford ASC ---- April 27,2015

*EAD approved(found out via uscis ombudsman) -- June 13,2015

*EAD picked up by USPS --- June 19, 2015

*notification: EAD delivered by USPS to my mailbox (none seen) --- June 20, 2015

* received EAD in mail ------- June 22,2015

* applied for SSN -------- June 25, 2015

* went to local SSA office and got SSN (not card) --- June 30, 2015

*i130 approved ----- July 1,2015

*received SSN card in mail ---- July 2,2015

Any update guyz? I think i am about to be frustrated, today i recieved a 3rd job offer. This people urgently needs me and wants me to start by nextweek friday. Now whats the chances EAD will be out by then? I need a divine accelerated processing right now. They are willing to give me $45/hr. Im just tired and weak. Any April filers got any news? Can someone pls borrow me their ead? I'll give it back(lol).

Still waiting.

Once I reach day 75, do i 'submit a case enquiry' online and then click 'case outside normal processing time for the EAD?

Or is there a number that i have to call?

04/02/2015: AOS (1-130, I-131, I-485, I-765) package sent to Chicago Lockbox
04/07/2015: Day 0: AOS package accepted

04/09/2015: Day 2: AOS package was routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center

Hello friends,

After reading your inputs i decided to call uscis to request an expedite which i havent got a response back even as i write.

Having said that, employers called ealier on Asking me to come in tomorrow. Right now im just thinking, should i just tell them i would not be available for this job? What do you think?

I feel the delay in the adjudication processes mayb due to the recent hack of government databases as it was reported that millions of data may have been compromised. it just feels like everything stop in the last week. Correct me if im wrong.

no call your prospective employer tell him u can't start until next friday because u waiting on your employment authorization in the mail, secondly u need a job offer letter from him with that u can call tomorrow speak to a tier 2 customer representative and tell them of your ordeal its up to you

I received my EAD card today! My online status stayed as case received and did not update until AFTER the card was delivered. I didn't get any of the approve, card in production, etc updates online.

Timeline:

3/12/2015 - lawyer mailed application

4/06/2015 - received by USCIS

4/08/2015 - received text notification

4/12/2015 - received hardcopies of NOA

4/20/2015 - biometrics walk-in

5/18/2015 - sent a request for EAD expedite

5/26/2015 - received request for evidence for expedite via mail

5/26/2015 - faxed evidence

6/01/2015 - went to infopass appointment to ask about status of expedite, no updates

6/04/2015 - online expedite status changed - assigned to officer

6/05/2015 - online exptedite status changed - completed

6/08/2015 - received hard copy - NOA EAD approval. Online status unchanged.

6/12/2015 - EAD card delivered!

6/26/2015 - Hard copy of interview letter received.

Biometrics since April 21st and still waiting my local office it's usually not busy and it's taking them forever for them to schedule my interview -___-

I-130 June 28,2015 updated but status is still case recieved

April 14 mail send ( day 1)

Abril 19 mail recibe ( day 5)

Abril 22 txt and e-mail confirmation recibe ( day 8)

Abril 27 mail confirmation allien number ( day 13)

Mayo 2 biometric appointment for May 13th ( day 18)

May 8th try walk in biometric fail

May 13 th biometrics done..very easy and nice ( day 29)

May 19th CASE READY TO BE SCHEDULE FOR AN INTERVIEW. (day 35)
