How come u haven't heard anything from them? When did u send ur package? I sent mine on 22nd of April nd did early bio on the 13th..

I have bio appointment this Thursday. I know, my application process was slow abit, i sent in my packet before u but i understand patience us a virtue so ive just been patient.

I did not send a new packet, i attached the document that they requested.

The cover letter had date, USCIS address, Subject (Re: i-864) at the beginning.

Then I listed the document that I was attaching.

Thanked them at the end and signed it off.

I also send the original RFE letter (yellow color paper). I made a copy of everything for my record.

PLS how did you respond to the rfe?? did u send a new I-485 packet or just the evidence they asked for?? how does the cover letter look like?

04/07/2015: Day 0: AOS package accepted

04/09/2015: Day 2: AOS package was routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center

04/10/2015: Day 3: Checks cashed

04/14/2015: Day 7: Hard copies of NOA received for all the forms

04/17/2015: Day 10: Received biometrics appointment for 04/28

04/28/2015: Day 21: Biometrics complete

05/01/2015: Day 24: RFE received

05/11/2015: Day 34: RFE response sent

06/02/2015: Day 56: I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

07/02/2015: Day 86: Received EAD approval letter in mail

07/16/2015: Day 100: Received EAD-AP combo card in mail

I called somebody and he said the one from NPC should suffice... I am sending it to USCIS today.

Damn, that was fast. Congrats. By the way i just finished my biometrics. Spent 24mins.

Hey everybody! I've just discovered this thread :)

I would've never thought that I would get an RFE on my AOS (still waiting for the letter from USCIS) and would forget to sign my EAD form :sleepy:

I had my biometrics appointment this Wednesday, and had only one case number (AOS one) in the biometrics paper, because I guess at that time they sent me EAD rejection form and I had to send the correct one back. So I do hope I won't have to drive 5 hours to Jacksonville to have my biometrics for EAD :D

And I hope everybody will get their EADs soon and will have interviews soon.

Day 0- April 6th, 2015- Mailed AOS to Chicago Lockbox (Form I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765)

Day 2- April 8th, 2015- Package recieved

Day 8- April 14th, 2015- E-notifications- 12 emails and 12 texts "Your case was received". Checks cashed.

Day 12- April 18th, 2015- Hard copies of "Notice Of Action" for all 4 forms came in mail.

Day 26- May 2nd, 2015- Biometrics notice received in the mail, appointment for May 12th.

Day 28- May 4th, 2015- Successful Biometrics walk in completed.

Day 80- June 29th, 2015- Received letter stating EAD approved, and interview for July 30th. Yay!

Day 92- July 15th, 2015- Received EAD combo card in the mail.

Day 107- July 30th, 2015- Interview, approved on the spot!!!
