NOA2 approval September 2014 Filers (TSC)

Hi my case was approved april 14th and it was sent to nvc but still don't know if they received it (phone is always busy) I was just wondering what I do next. I gathered everything to send my fiancé affidavit of support taxes proof of ongoing relationship and a letter from my job. I see some of u say u got a letter from the police department is that for the petitioner or the beneficiary? Just want to make sure I have everything before I send everything to him.

Police cert is for beneficiary.

Ok thank you! One more question the d-160 is also done by them correct? Can I fill it out if they don't know English?

Hello. After NOA2 did you immediately submit DS-160 online or did you wait for the embassy to receive your number from the NVC? Thanks!

Wait for the embasay. The ds160 is done pre interview

I did mines once it was sent to NVC. Check with our Embassy to see. M Embassy actually has no problem with it being completed early.

Did you start filling the ds160 without the case #? I was checking the CEAC website but there must some kind of problem because it's not loading properly.

I used my USCIS case number to complete ds-160

Called this morning. NVC received my case yesterday (April 22). Wow things are moving! Will call again tomorrow just for kicks to see if a case number has been assigned.

More likely there's no availability for interviews at your Embassy so NVC holds on to your file until space opens up. That's what I've read on here. Sorry to hear that though.

Hey Guys, is anyone paid there VISA Fee, I am trying to see if I can pay the Fee here in US and send the Deposit Slip via email to my fiance so she can print for the interview. is that doable? The required bank is Standard Chartered correct?
