K1 fiance visa and her 2 young children.

I just came back from the Philippines, I spent two months in Ormoc City with my fiance and her to young children. I'm not clear on the K1 visa when it comes to the kids. They are 4 and 5. Any help I can get would be great.

I'm guessing you want to know if they can come with mom to the States, Right? If that is your question the answer is they can come on what's called a K-2 visa. Thereally paperwork is about the same as mom's. Sometimes they are added in places designated on her forms other times they require their own forms.
