Pls what do you mean of certified copies. Photocopies will not do?

Certified copies are official copies made by the proper authority

and usually have some sort of emboss or special stamp to

indicate their authenticity.

Certified copy is not a simple xerox copy of some formal document.

For example, you can get certified birth certificate from the county of your birth

and you pay $10 to $20 per copy.

My kids birth certificates came in unusual paper with raised seal

so it's not easily forged.

For NVC you can make copies on a copier and send in. You take originals to interview.

Why won;r photocopies do? what is it you are referring to?
