Ok- I know I've already asked this....but I'm still not seeing this....on the D-160- the only number that I can see they ask for is the number that the USCIS gives....I can't find where they ask for the LND number. I feel like I'm missing something and it's driving me nuts :unsure:

The confusion lies with some people put in the USCIS number and some think the LND number goes there. You are correct to use USCIS number. The help page says--

Help: Application Receipt/Petition Number

If you are applying for a petition-based visa, your application receipt/petition number was given to you by the Department of Homeland Securitys U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you filed your petition application at a USCIS Service Center. The application receipt/petition number is 13 characters long and the first three characters are letters.

People have used both numbers with no ill effects, so not a huge issue to those who used the LND number.

Is that the same thing you are asking about. What does the question say. I can't look at it. No case.

So yesterday my USCIS Case said my Case was approved on the 6th when I got a text and email on the 2nd. Plus on the 2nd it said the 2nd. Got my NOA2 in the mail today and it said the 2nd. I called today to see what was up and they said according to their computers it was the 6th and that's all they could say. I wonder if its possible it was sent to NVC on the 6th and they just made an error inputting it or something?

I would have posted sooner but didn't see this thread! Technically we are at the end of that in-between stage.. My fiance's interview is today at the London embassy, our NOA2 date was 1/23/15.

If all goes well his POE is May 3 and our wedding is July 10.

Here's to hoping for good news!

There seem to have been some technical errors on their system over the past week or two. Don't worry - as long as you are approved, you are good.

Hi, welcome!!

All the best for your fiance's interview today. Let us know how it goes. I'm leaving work at lunch time to travel to London for our medical tomorrow, but will try check in on here if, as and when I can :)

You must be nervous and relieved at the same time. Your case was one of the 'forgotten' ones like ours. What a relief to see movement at last. It's really encouraging to see that you guys are almost at the end of this section of the immigration process.

OK, so from DHL tracking it looks like our case is at the consulate. It's the only package sent out to London since Friday and ours has been in transit for a few days now. It's been signed for. I suppose I need to give them more than 10 minutes to scan it in, though :clock:

Speaking of interviews I wonder if anyone has ever not known the answer to a question they ask. I mean let's face it if they ask about anniversary and such not everyone will remember those. Haha
