They didn't give him any updates on the system problem if that is what you mean. Only to pretty much verify that ours wouldn't be effected since we were approved before the 8th. Which is what it says on the website. They said that he should get itin the next couple of days. Then all of a sudden the update date changed and also there is now a non immigrate case number out there for us as well (which wasn't as of last night) and the creation date has now changed. So i hoping all of those are good signs. But who knows anymore.

Deborah, when you say "Update date changed and non immigrant case number appeared" - where do you see this?

Well when we called he said of course it was turned over to the non I side now so we should use our ds number. But obviously we know that to not be true. But just for the heck of it I had tried before just our of curiosity to put his ds number in on the non I search and it returned no data. Then today it showed a case out there with no status obviously but a case create date of last night. Then layer today the date was now changed to April something like my immigrant lnd one is. I don't know or think it means anything other than they are at least doing something lol I just found it interesting. And our lnd case was updated again yesterday and dude says we should have it in a couple days so just hoping it's issued today. Because man the flights get expensive after Sunday :/

We got ours on Monday too and we get the same result! If it doesn't start working I'll probably give NVC a ring next week to see if it's been sent.

I'm so frustrated. Embassy says we are not delayed by the problems but to allow a couple more days to issue our visa. Everyone I can find that was interviewed the same day as us has already had theirs for several days. And we are not in AP. I am just so frustrated.. I wanted him to fly before Sunday because the prices go up affter that. I am so irritated that he's not gotten it yet. I just don't get why and getting information is like pulling teeth. Suggestions? :(

No its not in ap and according to embassy it's also not in ap and it's also not effected by the outage just wait a couple days and call back tomorrow and we'll send it to a supervisor to see why it's not been completed. It still says ready

I just don't understand :(

But some people's haven't been updating because I guess of the problems but they got their email to come get it from the depot and then it changed to used straight from ready. I just want to know what's going on

Weird. Ours went from ready (with a new update/creation date), and then went into AP, and then went to issued. Has your creation date changed?

No it hasn't. And some people's did that as well that day. It's like they just forgot ours or something except that they have updated it based on last update date. I emailed them again and we are going to call back and request a supervisor. Because according to them nothing is wrong with it just normal processing so it doesn't make sense.

I'm just so upset over it I don't know what is going on. He doesn't mean any of those things that would cause a long ap and for that matter it's not even went into ap. So I just don't get it.
