how do i give this email address ?, when i called nvc they said they do not do it .

I filled already ds-261 i put my email address but no where it asked for my wife email.

The person on the phone when you call the NVC should have recorded both email addresses when you got your case number. I suggest calling again and talking to a different person. Just say you want to add your wife's email to the case file.

marriedguy, I get the same. When I read the wiki instructions, it says wait for the AOS to be invoiced but when I log into CEAC it asks me as well if I want to pay the $120 AOS fee. So anyone know if can pay the fee straight away or if we need to wait to be invoiced?

What you have now is the closest thing you'll ever get to an invoice and the sooner you pay it and fill in the DS-261 (if you haven't already) the sooner you'll be waiting for the DS-260 etc!!!

Edit - when you log into CEAC you have to enter two sets of information, your case number and your Invoice number

and also we have the same problem the web site didn't ask for my e mail hust asked for my husband email when we started to pay

my advice to u as i read and i will do at Monday i will call the nvc and ask to add my email

What steps did you take to get the IV invoice page to open up so quickly after paying the AOS fee. When did you submit the DS-261, most of us are waiting quite a while before the IV fee is issued and would appreciate knowing if there is a trick to it? (You didn't go back into the AOS page and just pay 325$ did you? Otherwise you've just overpaid the AOS fee by 325$!!!)

Thanks Devonian. Paid the AOS fee now too. How long does it take to get the IV fee ready for payment and to be able to start filling out the DS-260? We send the financial documents, AOS form and the supporting documents all together in one envelope, right? Can we send all this before we have even paid the IV fee and started filling out the DS-260?

It is recommended that you send all your documents in one package - but put your AOS documentation in one envelope and your IV documentation in another then put both envelopes in another and send as one. You'll need a cover sheet with each pack, both my wife and I received paperwork from NVC which has a cover sheet in it. (My wife, the USC, received her package about two weeks before mine arrived).

We are not sending our documents in until later because I'm headed back out to the States for two months and don't want an interview date to be given whilst I'm away visiting! VJers are recommending that you send in your documents as soon as possible, before paying the IV fee as it is taking approximately 60 days for NVC to process it.

IV fee invoice is apparently taking about 42 days to be issued after filing the DS-261 (choice of agent) although some VJers are getting a faster time if they call NVC and ask for the DS-261 to be reviewed over the phone. Again not something that is an issue for us as we won't be sending any paperwork until the first or second week of June.

I paid my aos 5 days back so far no IV fees, curious how you got to pay AOS in 30 mins ?. you work in the immigration department ?

really i don't know how we did it (but it seams that's good for me am i right or what ??)

at first i asked here witch one i should pay first

and all of members tolled me to pay the ios (120$)

and i did then i back again after 30 min to c if its in a process or not

and i get it (in process ) and the other one iv (pay now)

i clicked on it and paid for it

after a few min i get the second mail to confirm that i did

so i will finish the ds-260 today and submit it
