Timeline

My fiancé is from Iran March 17 sent to lewisville Texas they received next day at noon. I double checked everything. Does anyone know about how many tax returns they need someone who has gotten to that point. I want to be prepared since I own my own business

When it comes time for the K-1 visa interview, you can provide the most recent tax transcript, or up to the last 3 years of transcripts, if you think showing the previous years will help prove your ability to sponsor. Showing the last 3 years meeting or beating the income requirement shows stable, ongoing income.

Timeline

My fiancee brought my two previous tax returns. We were originally planning to bring just the 2013 return, but since I was able to get my transcript for 2014 right before her interview, she brought that too. If you own your own business and don't have pay stubs, then 2-3 tax returns would probably be good.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received
