Just spoke to my lawyer

She said our case is now at SFV office

It was at Los Angeles County office before this

She said she called the director of the chatsworth office and he said we might need a new medical or an interview

By Friday we should know

Well, do you believe her? She told you before that you will hear something by March 15th. Do you think It was ever sent to the LA Co. office? I cant beleive it would be an interview after all this time, why didnt they just do an interview in the first place. I think those interview letters are given out to buy them some extra time or something. I just want to know what they want or send the GC, get it over with so we can get on with ours lives. How are we suppose to make a normal life and prove relationships when we at their beckon call all the time. I plan on goin on a trip out of state the first week of June. But i'm afraid we will come letter during the trip or before and mess up our vacation (that we are suppose to be doing and keeping pictures of it to make sure it's REAL) Ugh. I am sick of this!

on Murch 2nd i had interview but they didnt have my file , over months ago i got letter for another interview for 4th May .so we went , she asked how we met ,and about wedding , so now we waiting again .will see how long will take .!!

I am so sorry, you have been waiting such a long time to be going to TWO interviews!

So I spoke to a tier 2 and he said that I can send a letter explaining that my children are Canadian citizens, not intending to immigrate, and that it would be difficult to get copies from a non cooperative ex. That they could be ordered but with no guarantee to arrive prior to the 87 day limit I have and he said they would either accept the letter or provide an extension. I am going to do what I can to order them anyway so I have a copy for my own records, and that way if it is an issue, I will have them ordered.

Afternoon all!

EAD/AP renewal forms mailed. I told the man at the post office that USCIS claim that stuff gets lost in the mail. He said "They do, huh. Let's see them say they didn't get this' as he stamped my envelope and added several barcode stickers lol.

Now I'm back to waiting for an NOA1 ... Deja vu.

Anybody knows how long it takes to get the updated status to card production from getting the RFE shipped to USCIS?

Yeah ours had the same expiry, and we had no problems. The updated one still doesn't appear to be available yet.

Were you asked for a new medical? How long did it take before you got a response from them since you mailed the RFE?

Yes, I was asked for a new medical/updated vaccinations as well as proof of on-going marriage. I mailed my response off with priority 2-day shipping on Thursday April 23rd, but silly me forgot that many USCIS offices are closed on weekends, so the package was delayed and arrived on Monday April 27th-- and then my card was ordered for production on Thursday April 30th . I wrote in big bold letters "RE: Request for Evidence" on my envelope hoping it would get sorted quicker haha . And then today, I just received an update that the card is being mailed to me. I logged into my USCIS account and still don't see a way to track it though. Trying to find that out now!

Its like "Ground Hog Day" isn't it, same rubbish, different day! Now I have an email from the President I WILL be following it up.

Seems the USCIS are a law unto themselves though, they ignore the ombudsman it seems, they ignore senators, so no doubt if I send them a copy of the email from the President they will ignore that too!

I spoke on the phone with a lady from USCIS almost an hour ago.

This is what she told me:

"Kendall is processing May Filers 2014". She told me that even I already told her that I have received NPIW back in September 2014.

Ah, shake my head knowing the truth that my case could ended up somewhere in the country and have risk to get an RFE for a new medical or any other related-documents.
