Good luck today everyone. This wait is starting to get to my wife and I. We still didn't get any replies back from USCIS, but today the SR we made on March17 was assigned to an officer. Not that it will help is at all... A year from NOA1 is Friday...

I used this one, don't know what's the difference.

Sorry, for got the link

https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm?State=MA

I think the difference is

- find a Congressman/Congresswoman (a member of the House of Representatives) by the link posted by GiuseppeG, http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/

- find a Senator (a member of the Senate) by the link you posted above, https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

I dont get how they process requests as some people got a response within a few days already.

when we seek assistance from Obudsman or other parties, it turns out to be that we enter into another waiting list

good luck to everyone

SO it took about 20 days to have your SR assigned to an officer ? :ranting: No wonder mine hasn't yet ,

my SR created on 03-04 was assigned to an officer for response on 03-09, then became unassigned on 03-10. the status was not changed until 04-01. it's funny on 04-01 that the SR was assigned in the morning, then it became unassigned again at noon, and finally was completed at night. so stay clam

I was referring to the ombudsman office in that case.

I spoke to a tier 2 officer several times before. They all weren't helpful although I must say that they were all really friendly :D

However I'm going to call them again today at my lunch break.

Also, I send my senator an email this morning. I hope I get a response soon.
